Hello everyone. My name is Brett and I am about to be a disappointed Canucks fan. Yes at this time the Canucks are still in the playoffs. Wait a minute and
OK that's over. A trip across the ocean will take care of the disappointment. Maybe.
The two of us bundled in our travel winter wear, scarves, touques and long sleeve shirts. When entering into any weather below 25 from Singapore it feels like the arctic.
So Barbara went to San Fran and I went to OKC. Barbara was met by her fabulous friends for the weekend. I am not sure what it is that Paula is about to eat down but she sure looks pleased
And Dutch went for the Crab, never a bad option. I'm diggin the bib, does that come in Marni?
This is Paula's "What'chu lookin at Willis" look.
And this is the hey we just bought a new bag look
And here is the new bag. Some Italian dude made it.
Cute. That's all anyone needs to say
Another true believer
The lovely Eva.
Doryan wrapped in his protective Star Wars Cloak. Thanks Auntie Barb and all the folks at Lucas
Now to the proud new parents. We will start with Stella who looks fantastic just two weeks after having Mahalia, the newest addition to our extended family
And now onto Jenn who also looks fantasic and Aurora, a few weeks senior to Mahalia. I think there could be a power battle as to who is the boss between these future best friends. Game on parents
And the proud papas, aka referees. They don't even look too scared YET.
I don't know who dropped the ball here but I have a baby in my arms
Now onto the important part of the evening. FOOD. We did a bit of a drop and pop at Matt and Laura's. Thankfully Laura always cooks for an army so she let us stay.
And it was GOOD. Homemade ravioli. Really you can't compete with this
This is how you train a dog. Place hands on throat and shake vigorously
see it works. Good dog Ottie, my bud
And now for dessert
Come on just a little taste
The guest of honor. It was Mike's birthday. I won't mention your age
Adorable
And Paula with her little one, GRRRR
Welcome to Eva's 70th B-day at Federico's, congratulations Eva
Say hello to Owen. After this glass of wine he became the honorable kissing man
A little smooch for Sandy, one of Eva's best friends
One for the lovely Bernadette
And the corner of trouble
Yes we are laughing at you, I don't know who, but, yeah you
Federico better watch out. Eva has him and she might not let go.
Did you see that
And the girls strutting their stuff, line dancing Italian style
This is Jasper. P&O had a little get together while we were in town and he was charged with being the doorman for the evening. I told him that he had to check every ones shoes as they walked in. He did a really good job but if he wasn't sure
he would lie on the ground and hide. He blended perfect and this way he could get a better look without anyone knowing he was there.
The trouble twins.
I'm starting to think Barbara is much loved at this event.
This is Drew. Say hi Drew. Looking very dapper
Telling secrets I see.
What can I say more trouble. Love ya John
Mr. Ed. Different bald guy and surrogate brother
best buds
Again she is pretty loved in this crowd
And sexy
Finally I get a shot at her
Wholly crap do you see what I am seeein
Say hi to Greg. We all love Greg. As you can see he is a great conversationalist
By the end of the night Greg was hitting on the fish. I think he had a shot

The end of the night. Damage done
Next day Baseball. Up to bat the next Canadian baseball superstar
Taking a big swing
Fine form for a catcher
or terminator
This time he connects for a base hit. Way to go buddy
And his first trophy to boot. Good job an a great season Doryan
My Bon Jovi look
This is as close as Barbara and I have gotten to England since we met

Meet Tony Montanna, the most visious Chihuahua known to man
Really how did she get up there?
A sunny day in Vancouver finally. Where better to spend it that the patio at Joe Forte's
Lookin good O
And the missus
Afterwards a night out with Mary and Chris at Cin Cin's. None of us had been there in at least 10 years, that's like 40 years total, and the food was great. For old school they haven't lost a beat
Hangin with Auntie
Pretty suave
And this, this is a freindly reminder that no it's not polite to pick your nose in public. Do we really need to be reminded of that. I guess in Singapore you do.

Bye for now.
